Forms Reader MSSOAP30.dll Error...
(Applies to STEP 1 Installing the Forms Reader)
Very few users might get a MSSOAP30.dll failed to register during the install of the Forms Reader, if you get this message you can download the SOAP files required directly from Microsoft here. Once installed re-install the Forms Reader.
Malicious scripts detected or Some forms won't run...
(Applies to QuickOffer and LexWrite)
Some users with security applications like Norton AntiVirus or Security can block malicious scripts without notifying you, you must allow these scripts to run so QuickOffer or LexWrite forms can be processed. To fix this you need to allow the FormsReader.exe to run scripts, or you have to turn off Norton's script blocking which is known to have many bugs.

Unable to login or view the Online Forms Library ...
(Applies to Forms Reader/Library when installing QuickOffer or LexWrite)
Newer versions of Norton Security can block internet access from applications without even warning you. You have to go in to Norton's security settings and allow FormsLibrary.exe to access the internet to install the QuickOffer or LexWrite forms.
