If you have a large organization you might want to share your custom broker clauses and your rebuild history across your network so everyone can have access and add to the broker clauses library and rebuild offers. With QuickOffer you can do this, while this tool is straight forward and easy to use it is best that your IT Specialist set this up for you properly.
Once you have the Forms Reader installed and the QuickOffer forms downloaded you can download this tool:
* Save this file to your desktop so you can copy it to other machines that want to connect to the shared clauses.
Requirements
Make sure you have your QuickOffer updated, your build version should be at least 11.18.0.374. To find out just run any QuickOffer form and at the bottom right on the General tab there should be a QuickOffer Build Version:
As well you must have Forms Reader version 1.18.0.8128 at least, if you don't simply download the newest version on top of what you have from here.

This tool has two steps, you need to copy the newest broker clauses and rebuild data to a shared location on the network and then you need to set the path that you want the QuickOffer forms to look for the Broker Clauses and Rebuild History. This tool lets you do both steps. Remember you only need to copy the broker clauses and rebuild data once, but you need to reset the path to the shared broker clauses and rebuild data for every computer that you want to have access to your shared clauses and rebuilds.
