F.A.Q.
How do I install QuickOffer?
Follow our Install Instructions.
Where are my forms?
Forms are now listed in your Forms Library, you can access them from the Forms Library shortcut on your desktop or start menu.
How do I find the Word Document?
If you just want to load the blank document to fill out in Microsoft Word simply load the Forms Library, find and select the desired form, choose Run Form, and once the Forms Reader loads the forms interface just click the Process button to the bottom right and Microsoft Word will be opened with your document.
Why do some forms have information that isn't required in the template?
This is because we use common data to be able to rebuild and share history with every other form, to do this we needed common tabs. So if a form only uses purchase price but not deposited price then we still use the typical Price tab so if you rebuild the form from an agreement you will be able to use the purchase price of that agreement.
How do I get updates or Services Releases?
When updates are available you will get a notification as soon as you load the Forms Library and you are connected to the internet.
I get macilious script warnings when I run QuickOffer Forms, why?
You may get warnings for some forms because QuickOffer uses scripts to change the enivornment and process some forms, this is required for certain functionality to work. For more information or problems with anti virus or security software visit our knowledge base.
