QuickOffer was made as simple as possible while still taking use of some amazing features and using the newest technology available to form designs. While every new process can be a learning curve so we have created a manual and demos to get you use to this new environment that you are using. Once you understand the overall process you will begin to process forms like second nature.
Where are my forms? Forms are now listed in your Forms Library, you can access them from the Forms Library shortcut on your desktop or start menu. Some popular forms can also be accessed from the QuickOffer menu in Word for the 2010 and higher version.
How do I find the Word Document? If you just want to load the blank document to fill out in Microsoft Word simply load the Forms Library, find and select the desired form, choose Run Form, and once the Forms Reader loads the forms interface just click the Process button to the bottom right and Microsoft Word will be opened with your document.
Why do some forms have information that isn't required in the template? This is because we use common data to be able to rebuild and share history with every other form, to do this we needed common tabs. So if a form only uses purchase price but not deposited price then we still use the typical Price tab so if you rebuild the form from an agreement you will be able to use the purchase price of that agreement.
How do I get updates or Services Releases? When updates are available you will get a notification as soon as you load the Forms Library and you are connected to the internet.
I get macilious script warnings when I run QuickOffer Forms, why? You may get warnings for some forms because QuickOffer uses scripts to change the enivornment and process some forms, this is required for certain functionality to work. Can I install QuickOffer forms on my home computer as well? Yes. With each user license you purchase you get 2 downloads of the forms, this is so you can install them on a second computer as well. Simply install the Forms Reader as you did for the first download and login with the same account you already purchased them with and select Download. You should have 1 download remaining.
I have Word 2007 and I don't see the QuickOffer menu? Because Microsoft changed its toolbar in 2007 to a new Ribbon look the QuickOffer menu should appear on the Add-In section, click Add-In which should be the last section to the right and you should see the QuickOffer menu drop-down.
I tried scanning a document but nothing is coming up? If nothing comes up then the current active document must not have been generated with QuickOffer 2010 or higher, this feature was only released in the 2010 version. As well the newest version of the Forms Reader must be used.
